Welcome to Landscape Care Associates Co. (LCA Co), where passion meets expertise in lawn care and landscaping! Founded by longtime Lafayette resident Zach Wassmer, LCA Co. is built on a deep understanding of the Colorado community and a commitment to delivering top-notch landscaping services.

Zach’s journey began at Centaurus High School and continued at the University of Colorado, where he earned his BA. From a young age, he had dreamed of attending CU, and staying in Colorado was always part of the plan. While in college, he set a goal to launch his own business by his sophomore year. With years of experience in lawn care—starting at just 12 years old—he realized that the best path forward was to turn his expertise into a business.

In 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, LCA Co. was born. Grass doesn’t stop growing, and neither did the company! From the beginning, LCA has focused on exceptional service, personal attention, and the highest quality of work. One of the core values at LCA is customer service. While working in restaurants during high school and college, Zach gained firsthand experience in delivering outstanding service. He quickly recognized that the landscaping and contracting industries had much to learn about creating a great customer experience.

With this insight as its unique value proposition, LCA was launched. The company is dedicated to helping clients create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through expert lawn care, landscaping, and customized services.
