Phase 1.
Next, we build a custom design for your project—no matter the size. A solid design is the key to bringing your vision to life with precision and clarity. It ensures a smooth process and gives you a clear picture of the final result before we even get started. Depending on the scale and size of the design there the fee varies. some contractors don’t charge for this, but we believe in being up front with our pricing… and trust us other contractors charge for this service it’s just hidden in other parts of the project.
Phase 2.
Budgeting and scheduling are key parts of our process. At LCA, we believe it’s best to start with your dream design, then adjust to fit your budget if needed. This approach helps prioritize what’s essential and where we can scale back. Once we finalize the plan, we provide a detailed quote and collect a 50% deposit to cover upfront costs. From there, we schedule the project in phases with clear timelines, so you’re always informed and in the loop.
Phase 3.
Installation is the most exciting part—for me and probably for you too! Finally seeing your outdoor space come to life is truly exhilarating. Maybe even time to plan that barbecue once it’s all done! Throughout the process, we keep you updated on important milestones or unexpected issues, so you’re always in the loop. And the best part? Your project will be completed in just a few days, leaving you with a stunning outdoor space to enjoy.
Phase 4.
Finally, we wrap things up with a thorough walk-through to ensure every detail is just right and that you’re confident caring for your new landscape. We’ll go over everything—from plant care basics to sprinkler system adjustments—so you’re set up for success. And remember, if you ever need anything in the future, we’re just a call away. This is the last step in the process, but it’s only the beginning of enjoying your beautiful outdoor space!
